Customer provides final product design drawings.

Designers analyze product functions & assembly requirements, check demolding risks and uneven plastic wall thickness.

After brief communication with the customer, we issue a DFM report, covering gate location, parting line, ejector pin position and size, etc.

Wait for customer’s confirmation on the report.

Designers start mold design.

Mold Review. Review participants include mold designers, mold project leaders, injection‑molding department supervisors and CNC programmers. Confirm the mold drawings and processing‑procedure sheets.

Compile CNC machining programs.

Process parts with CNC engraving machine, including wire‑cutting, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) and other machining operations for each component.

All mold components are finished after approximately 15 days.

Mold fitting: 1 working day.

Mold polishing: around 2 working days.

Mold trial. Ship samples after passing sample inspection.

Receive customer’s mold‑modification report. Hold meetings to discuss modification details, confirm the modification plan and start mold revision.

Re‑trial the mold. Once the customer approves the samples, the project is completed.
